Riding the Maglev
Even when I took the maglev train in Shanghai going to the airport I still chose to sit by the window, but a train whizzing by at 301 kph, at night, with tinted windows makes it difficult to take a good picture.
This is how the train looks like from the outside:

Sunrise at 29,000 Feet
This was taken during my flight from Manila to Zamboanga last Dec. 23, 2009 (via Cebu Pacific 5J851) at about 6:10 am. I'm guessing that the mountain (it is actually a volcano) is Mt. Banahaw, a sacred peak to some animists and pseudo-Christian group called Rizalistas. It is located at the boundary between Laguna and Quezon provinces.

Icy Desolace
When flying back to Manila from Detroit, we flew over this icy landscape. The stewardess says it is near Anchorage, Alaska (a friend who's from Alaska says the mountains in the middle pic are called Chugach Mountains).
